Created by professional actor and renowned sports entertainer Pavel Kozlov and his wife Julia Kozlov, Let’s Celebrate Entertainment began as an idea that grew into a business. Pavel has a successful history in entertainment, first leaving behind his native Moscow to chase the American dream as Victor Romanoff, a sports entertainer who has wowed crowds all over the world.
